Just a question of clarification? Is this to null the decision to remove title or to change the IC_Event post so the reasons for removal are more vague, etc.? (The later seems to be what the forum was about).

I think in situations like this perhaps there could be opportunity for the player to come up with a plot to hold onto their position or regain it, rather than a final end. Let them come up with something that furthers and fosters RP. This situation could have worked well for it. If there is a chance...

I've had a small gain on the first heal then higher on the next ones, as well. From what I've seen while it takes a long time -- My experience with wound healing seems reasonable. While this is a very interesting idea, I think it would create some challenges that should be considered. This would make wages very challenging, especially when GLs are inactive (which we've seen in most guilds at some point) or even just a GL and a member have vastly different schedules. Personall...

This would be great. I think envelopes are fine so long as people can't put objects inside and then slip it into someone's home. If that's the case, paper only -- but a really good idea.
