Re: IC/OOC Crossover - the Respect Angle
Sounds like a good idea to be added to the helpfile.

Re: Learn By Use (LBU) vs Inspiration vs ???
I actually prefer LBU. I think it helps stimulate RP, be it by sparring, performing for people, buying stuff you don't need to raise haggle, making a bunch of crappy stuff to stimulate the economy to raise trade skills and so on and so forth. However, I'm also in favor of keeping a no limit cap on s...

Re: Stub Skills & Spells
fast healing is no longer something that is applicable with natural healing gone, this may also apply to meditation, which I thought was a skill for everyone but perhaps is not anymore since I can't find what branch it is in.

Re: Guildskills
I really, really dislike the concept of guildskills and I always have, for a number of reasons. However, the main thing to me is that if there's a skill out there that makes sense for a normal person to be able to pick up, then it shouldn't be a guild skill. Eld, Daravi(arguably?), tcant, any skills...

Re: Policy Twink File for Review/Question/Comment
I actually like both of your suggestions, Kinaed. The twink dunce cap thing and the law thing as well. I was pushing for something similar on other ti when I was in a 'law' guild. =p

Lame? Maybe. But in my mind, PCs are the 'exceptional' members of the population of the Urth and I t...

Re: RP Assistance - Policy Q&A
I'm all for questions, Jei, but I personally find half the content of that post to be ridiculous, and the other half to be questions to which you'll find answers should you ever be willing to spend the QP ingame. It seems to me that the intent of your post is less about clarification and more about...

Re: RP Assistance - Policy Q&A
As a former longtime Knight GL who was never allowed RP assistance wth anything, I think there's potential for good and potential for mega abuse with the new freeform RP assistance. I've listed my questions, most of which were pretty common questions in other TI. While the tone may be bitter in some...
