Currently the only NPCs that typically have anything to be stolen from are the NPCs you pay to enter an xblocked room, so the NPCs at the bathhouse for example. I don't actually mind that there has to be an XPRP ticker to use the steal skill, it's actually the least unfriendly aspect of being a naug...

I feel as though steal should take into account how large an item is in its difficulty. Stealing coins that people leave in their first line of inventory should be relatively easy. Stealing Lans's greatsword... not so much. It does already I believe. I think you just can't steal something of a cert...

+1 Low lawfulness meaning that merchants sell to concealed/masked would give more of a reason to decrease it.
As an aside, some poison items and drug items currently do only restock on low lawfulness.

i can't do it RN, got a bit too late.
But basically the idea someone else had is that the stealing worn items should be GM level stuff..
But then, what about if i just wanna cut the bag off and not care about not getting noticed? I think that could be a really fun thing to add in.

Carrying a bush in front of the locked door would kind of stick out... Oh man that's where I've been going wrong... xD The little steal minigame is interesting, but I think it should probably be scrapped in favor of targeted stealing. 'steal (target) (item)' and 'steal (target) (container) (item)'....

another quick post, why can't i lockpick and hide? weird weird that i can't use hide to hide from an NPC to lockpick a place. Hasn't been a big deal because I'd just rpa to break into a place that's guarded if I didn't want to murder / unconsciousify the guards, but it struck me as really weird and ...
