Visible Seeker Signs?
I was wondering if most guilds' seeker sigils shouldn't be obvious to anybody. I've done a lot of 'Hey I see you are wearing a thing! Tell me about that' in taverns and always felt kind of odd about it, like... how come the seeker's entire table didn't notice the same thing as they've been sitting w...

Re: Changing bought headers/seals
I can't remember what it is, but they did put in a command in the editor that lets you see what your mail would look like as if it was mailed with the header. Probably a bit faster to do this than mailing yourself. When I write papers, no matter how closely I read it in Word, I still tend to find e...

Re: Changing bought headers/seals
I agree that changing your mail settings should be cheaper. I think right now there's an hour after setting your header and seal where you can edit it for free, but even if you're mailing yourself to check it out, that doesn't give much time for catching mistakes or tweaking a layout (assuming it's ...

Re: Technology: Do We Have...
Just some comments that came to mind after reading Onyxsoulle's response: We have middens and privy chambers in game but (as with most games) we don't devote much time to RP about them and they often get overlooked in building because, yes, not much RP going on there. We do, however, have working fo...

Re: City Report Metrics
Generally, I like the idea of there being good and bad consequences for changing metrics. I'd like there to be balance though, which probably complicates the issue and by balance I mean, I'd like there to be some cross influence between metrics so it takes some effort to keep everything in the green...

Re: High Priests
I like the idea of incentivizing RP of other religions. Some major pros: new RP avenues, a break from the usual mage/Order conflict, and development of themey bits that don't get much screen time. But, I worry about this setup creating another obstacle for an already (in my opinion) beleaguered Davi...

Re: Inv Items for equipped items
Sure, I'd support this as a low priority kind of thing. No idea what sort of work would need to go into it.

Re: Changes to STs
Anything that makes it easier for a player to entertain his fellows, I'm generally behind. All of the suggestions made here seem reasonable to me and not particularly abusable, and the greater autonomy it allows ST runners, in my mind, would take a lot of extra work and frustration off both players'...

Re: Rumors/IP
I've run into this same problem often and while I definitely like the idea of having the chance to respond to comments on a rumor I start, I also understand the need to limit how much you can participate on a rumor. Maybe being able to respond -once-, appending to your initial comment, could be help...

Re: GL Approvals and Disapprovals
Maybe 48 hours, then? And maybe start a timer once ousted GL is alerted? Like, you log in, you get a notification, you've got 48 hours to do your thing to try and keep your seat.
