So, the current way to sort Shop items or categorize them is hellish. You have to drop them In a specific order, and if one things out of line, have fun picking all of it up to re-sort. Hell.

So, what I wish to see, is for a codedly way to categorize shop items so that to the customer they are displayed in said categories. In a way that we could drop items in any order - and they get displayed into their right categories.

This would be a huge QoL change for merchants and other shopkeepers.

Ideas:
1) Labels set the category
2) Special store shelves - you put your items into them
3) A drop command to drop the item into a specific category

An idea like this was rejected twice previously (https://ti-legacy.com/forums/viewtopic. ... ins#p11598 and https://ti-legacy.com/forums/viewtopic. ... ops#p15287).

The prices now being attached to the items themselves is a step towards making this possible, but I assume it'd still take a substantial rewrite of the shop code to do. (If it is approved this time though, maybe we can have a way to list pets in pshops while you're at it?)

In the meanwhile, I suggest adding category keywords to everything you craft, so you can get all.(category), drop all.(category).
