Jhmote feature request

Tiny feature but might be useful. Most other types of RP interactions can be done in a join. How about a join version of hmote since we already have jwhisper a jhmote might be useful every now and then.
I imagine it would use the same (or similar) chance to have the jhemote seen amongst the group as a standard hmote would, and a smaller one for people outside the group to see the 'so-and-so gestures amounts the group' echo
