I think it would be very helpful if IC Events related to city reports included a line about what metric(s) got adjusted. Sort of like Guild Leader approvals, where the note would say something like:


[ #XX ] IC_Events Board
A note has been posted by: A player
In subject of: Interesting Title Here
Date : Date here
To : all
_________________________________________________________________________
Infrastructure shifted up from Ordinary to Average.
Body of the IC Event goes here.


I'm sorry to say that I rarely recall city reports exist unless I'm actively involved in a plot about them, and I think this more in-your-face reminder of them would help me be more interested in those metrics, and what I can do to influence them.

I like this, agree. The only issue is that, as a system change, it will require some additions and is probably lowish priority - so you may not see it soon.
