Allow everyone to browse all recipes

This would be very helpful for everyone, both crafting folk and customers. For example If Bhaniz were ordered to make a birth-stool, then I currently have no idea is this an item available as a recipe (which i don't have yet) or is it just something i have to tool.
This would help customers in same way, as they can pick a closest possible item and then just ask for tooling of it.
