The notification that "the mood of this area has changed" comes when the person setting the mood ENTERS the editor. This means if you look at the room to see the new mood, you will usually see an empty mood, since the person is currently in the editor.

Could it please be adjusted to notify the room when the person @x out of the editor? That's when it's really available to people who receive such a notification.
