Sticky Cnotes

Would it be possible to add a command to make individual cnotes "sticky" so that they always remain at the top of our cnote lists?

I would love this. A full expounding upon the CNote code would be truly wonderful, in fact. (Still want to be able to edit titles!)

This would be incredibly useful and perhaps encourage more people to cnote regularly!
