Give me that old time religion...

I'm curious to know what folks are interested in seeing more of from the Order. Right now we're severely understaffed and it's difficult to do much in the way of game-wide events, although I've a couple in the works.
I recognize that many Order events are very one-sided - i.e. masses or burnings - and am looking for more interactive options.
What would you like to see from the Order?
- masses (but more interactive - either lay PCs taking on roles or short and sweet masses with a longer discussion/question time for the clergy and nobles at the end)
- more revival-type River Square meetings, rather than just the PC burnings (burning things that make you sin, large scale confessions, retellings of saint tales, retelling of tragedies mages have caused, etc.)
- more frequent River Square punishments and burnings, by including NPCs, so the events are more regular.
- priests assigned to various public institutions (alm's house, orphanage, palace, south side plaza, etc.)
- priests should be slumming it in taverns to make sure people are moral
- there should be more religious festivals or other events that don't require big speeches.
- classes on religion
- tracked tithing or a tracker system where you can indicate if you have been attending NPC masses and confessions
Or the heck with all of that, priests should stay in the cathedral doing masses and confessions?
Edit: If I add a mob to the cathedral to sell items, like candles or prayer books, what kind of items would you be interested in seeing?
