Edit pending recommends

It would be nice to be able to view and edit the pending recommends you've submitted, so you can correct any typos or add any further details you think of after the fact.

'recommend pending' could list recommends that haven't been accepted, and 'recommend edit #' could put you into an editor to revise one.

And additionally: I would looove to be able to see that recommends I've already given out to people. Can't remember if I posted that as a stand-alone topic or not. Every recommend is a happy memory.
