teach/learn cap for guildskills
Could we get teach/learn capped for guild skills at rank 36 unless a person actually learning the skill belongs to the guild? I figure circumventing joining a guild and still being able to learn skills past the guild skill cap of rank 36 defeats the purpose of having guild skills at all.

another idea for gnotes would be to list by target.
ex: you post gnote guild new guildxnote subject goes here
and you have like 10 guildxnote topics, 30 guildynote topics, etc.
you want to gnote guild list guildxnote.
