Re: [Poll] Trial Removal of OOC Channels - One Week Countdown

The immersion of not having to coordinate with tells to make scenes happen, especially when it comes to things like guild seeking, has absolutely felt like a boon to me. The update for notify also made meeting up with guildmembers to join so much better than it used to be. I've noticed a few folks c...

Re: Trial removal of some OOC Channels - Update Feedback

I'm 100% happy with not having tells and guild channels. Makes things so much more enjoyable and easy to immerse in. The lack of guild channels also drives members of the guilds to RP together rather than talking over the channels -and- it eliminates a lot of the echo chamber that had its way of for...

Re: Capital Crimes and Misuse of Power

Maybe an increase in the uptick of death xp if you're executed? I know there's already a bonus for it but if for example you were granted high circle level mage bonus xp for being executed by the Reeves, that could prove an interesting incentive and might make execution on that side of things feel a...

Re: Capital Crimes and Misuse of Power

Sometimes I wouldn't mind seeing a bit more of a hands on approach from staff with these things mostly because it feels as if players don't always wholly understand theme surrounding them. Or at least, a gentle reminder about what might or might not be thematic in certain circumstances regarding exe...

Re: More soaps in a recipe

Might not be a bad idea to look at the cost of lye and maybe tweak it? It doesn't sound right that they cost more than perfumes and colognes, since those are more of a luxury item. While soap would be a luxury item in the era too, I think it would be less of one than the former?

Re: Carriage and PHOME Expansion

That could be interesting. Just making a mobprog where it's the NPC that essentially is a single area carriage driver.

You buy the mob for your estate and talk to them when you want them to take you to a pre-determined destination which would likely just be one of the current carriage locations?

Carriage and PHOME Expansion

The carriage system is really cool! I'd like to propose one addition to it - Making it so if you're Gentry or Noble class, you can link your home to the carriage locations by purchasing a room specifically tagged for it. This could be the room just outside of the the gates, or for example the 'drive...

Re: Exile and its Implementation

The issue is that the RP being cut off side of the argument is that there's no satisfying end to said RP lines with this. With the implementation of this command, there's no longer a point in playing an antagonistic character that relies on any form of combat as part of what they're doing. All someo...

Can't say I blame you.

Hope you go back to trying again.

Re: Exile and its Implementation

Exilement is a standard Nobility thing. It's not even just based in the game world, but in real lift historical context. If you go executing nobles who piss you off, you're likely to end up with the other nobles looking for your head because of it. It's more of a 'code' than anything among the elite...
