Re: Trial removal of some OOC Channels

In my experience guild channels were barely used, and OOC communication as a go-to hasn't been raised as a problem to the community at all , so seeing this change is really odd. The removal of OOC channels probably won't solve the problem that is suggested. It will, however, make the game slightly m...

Re: Seeking RP & Matching

Some players have raised that they want a better system to approach or radiate an interest in RPing rather than looking at where and trying to figure out how to get somewhere, if even possible. What ideas and suggestions do the pbase have about how we could do that? Any rewards we could offer for s...

Re: Request for Clarification - Familiarity Warning

My gut reaction is that it isn't crossover to merely RP with the same character over two alts while attending events, getting treatment, purchasing that craft you really need, taking confession, etc, etc. Basically normal activities that you need to solicit people to do. If you find yourself closely...

Re: IC Events dates

What you could do is use the timeconvert (or converttime) command ingame to get the IC date from the OOC date. It could be cumbersome if you have a lot of events to comb through, however.

Re: [Poll] 'Society' vs 'socieity'

There is no way anybody is going to see a capital 'S' and come to a conclusion as convoluted as this. I would just leave it.

Re: Locks

I like the idea of giving jewelers something cool to play with. But I definitely don't want to manually select my key every time I go through a locked door, which can be dozens of times a day.

Re: New Player Introduction

Hi Chris. Happy to see new blood around. TI: Legacy is based on something called The Burning Post. Before then? No idea.

As a side note, you can not gambit somebody who is Disliked. They need to be Hated or Despised.

Re: GLing can be a thankless job. Are gambits making it doubly so?

If you're referring to the current gambit, I'd rather not discuss ongoing RP, but I know that you are mistaken on this.

I'm speaking as a long term GL who has faced significant external opposition and never come close to being gambitted because I do my job and have the support of my guild.

This is simply not true. There are GLs with 100% approval from members that have been gambitted.
That's a very negotiable claim. The support system is opaque.
