Add Calf Skins to NPC Shops

May we please have calf skins and/or vellum sheets added to an NPC vendor or two? Right now they're not a guaranteed yield from skinning cows so I think it's intrudicing a rarity and difficulty to create vellum that outweighs the demand for the ingredient and the item made for it.

I am 100% behind being as forgiving of long absences as possible. We have a small game, and anything we can do to encourage veterans to return is worthwhile. Re: IC rosters, I'm working on bringing back the public list of active sanctioned crafters that's posted on various boards around the city! Hopefully that will help with some of the issue surrounding where to go or who to go to, at least.
