It is known that the Brotherhood of Common Goods (BCG) has existent albeit limited thematic sway over Southside mobs via Redlist and a certain means of giving someone functionally-permanent access to Southside that you can find out about IC. There are actually a number of coded and social reasons to visit and explore this edgy, decrepit slum but fatal NPC's who can make you naked means our majority population of Gentry+ avoids the place like a plague.

Use of the latter method is rare because of its all-or-nothing nature and other factors I won't spoil here.

It would be nice if we could have something like a WHITELIST to temporarily grant people Southside access, maybe on a basis tethered to IP rollover. Adding people to the BCG's WHITELIST could cost IP to discourage overuse (and represent pushback from local gangs who want to make a profit or Keep Southside Weird).

How about an expiring version of the southside pass item? Seems like it'd be easier to implement.
