Rumor Duration

Rumors often remain in the system long beyond their relevance.
For example, a rumor about an upcoming event sticks around long after the event has taken place.
To remedy this, when posting a rumor, a new variable could be added to the POLCA: Duration
This would work similar to mood <days>: after x OOC days, the rumor thread will delete itself from the system.
After it is deleted, it is fine to re-post a new rumor on the same topic/circle if it is still relevant.
The max could be 30 days, and the default number could be 7 days.
An example of use:
You're planning an event in 5 days. You post rumor about it coming, and set the duration to 5 days.
Any negative influence/quashes can shorten it. Promotions extend it, but not past the 5 days from its posting.
After the event, a new rumor can be started about what happened at the event. The old rumor about the planning of it will expire not long after.
The remaining duration can be shown on rumor all, so people can know in advance whether they want to spend silver on one that is about to expire or not.
