Can we bring these back? Give people a leg up on skills if they roll an explicitly antagonist role.

When was this a thing?
Also what determines something being "explicitly antagonistic"?

The way this was done Back In the Day, people apped with a specific villainous concept and a plan about how they'd cause havoc, and got the xp required for the concept, unlike normal applications. So like the Hillbeast, for example. I thought this was awesome so I totally second the vote for bringing it back, and maybe making it a regular thing.

It has been brought up if that might be a good idea not just for villains but for roles that are otherwise difficult to get older players to fulfill.

This sounds cool as heck. I'd love this too!

Yeah, man, why not throw it in for other concepts too? Certainly Inquisitors at the very least. Personally, I think any time there's a concept that provides a 'service' to the game that players may not be intrinsically motivated to provide, there's no reason not to take cost out of the equation and remove that barrier. Sure, people could abuse this by failing to deliver on their concepts, but at some point you've just gotta trust people to be adults, right? (And block anybody who doesn't come through once from trying again...)
