Influence helpfile consolidation

Would it be possible to consolidate the IP and influence helpfiles? I realize that will make it a longer and more cumbersome helpfile, but currently, when you 'influence request <emote>' it refers to HELP IP, which doesn't even list the syntax for actually sharing influence.

Maybe the printout under the request could refer people to HELP INFLUENCE instead, but then the reader would then be missing valuable information on how influence is gained and what all it can be used for...

Basically, I'm just finding it rather difficult to communicate ICly with non-nobles how they can "support" noble projects, and I don't think having the relevant info spread across two different helpfiles is, well... helping.
