Separate system and ooc channels for prompt

Hello,

I'd like to ask that we separate the system flags (AFK and R for replay) from the OOC channels so that for those of us who deal with idling often, or travel and swap windows, we can see those flags, without having to have every OOC channel we block also showing?

I think this was already resolved last week, maybe just not well-announced/didn't make it into HELP NEWS as a separate thing.

%C is now OOC channels, and %F is for state flags and alerts, as documented under HELP PROMPT.
