IC Events dates

I am doing some research on the IC events thread, and to my dismay there are almost no entries with the IC date in them. This makes any historical work wobbly at best, and relying on player memory.
Could we develop a system to autoparse IC dates to pboard IC events?

What you could do is use the timeconvert (or converttime) command ingame to get the IC date from the OOC date. It could be cumbersome if you have a lot of events to comb through, however.

It's fairly inaccurate, but should hopefully get roughly the right IC year and season. If the IC Post doesn't include the date, the specifics could just be considered lost.

Timeconvert doesn't work on dates more than 6 years from present though.

Yeah, I can use that (thanks for reminding me). But the suggestion still stands! Something automatic at the beginning or end of each post, like in letters.
