Update Recommendation List

So if you check your recs and if you've been around a moderately long time, it can be a loooong list which is hard to sort through, especially as you check more recent recommendations. It was being discussed on ooc and I thought, maybe we could implement a way so that when you just type recommend list you get like the most recent 10 and then if you do recommend all, you get your entire list. this may help with spam on recommend
