Appraise Fail Echo

It'd be cool if instead of a 'X considers <item>' with a blank line after one tries to appraise an item it gave a simple 'X fails to notice anything of note'. I feel the same way about 'look lore', maybe not everyone does, but the blank line feedback is always kind of jarring for me. I'm not sure as a newb if I messed it up or if it was intentional, or if I should try the command again.

Hmm. I'll have to look into this. Thank you for raising it.

Staff have discussed this and decided to resolve it so that a player's ranks in consider will dictate what information is available to them about the object. This means that no one will fail the use of the skill, they'll just be limited on figuring things out about the object based on how good they are at the consider skill.

Sure, that's perfect. I think as long as there an echo of some sort that'd be great!
