Bid Withdrawal change

Howdy,
I'd like to suggest that before the next Seneschal campaign, that the bid withdrawal command be changed to a polca versus a single command. My reasoning for this I would imagine any withdrawal from the campaign would likely come with some kind of speech or whatnot. As such it would make sense for the person withdrawing to be allowed to submit an ic event post with their withdrawal. Though of course they could choose not to, but I think having the option would be more beneficial than cluttering the request board.
