Scented paper enhancements

I'd like to have scented paper that smells like my character's musk cologne, but the current one-to-one recipe (one entire vial of oil per single sheet of paper) makes this untenable for me. The more expensive oils are just too expensive to waste on single sheets of paper. Could we get a couple of recipes where more expensive/higher quality/more concentrated oils are used more sparingly? Maybe a 5-to-1 paper to oil ratio, instead?

Comparing recipes, the amount of oil used for the amount of perfume uses you get, a single sheet of paper doused in the same amount of oil could double as smelling salts. 5 paper sheets feels reasonable, still pricey to keep the item prestigious (little p) but a little more reasonable in terms of actual ingredients consumed.

Perhaps oils could have charges the scented papers use use one of, if that's implemented yet.
