New Horchata Recipe

This is amazing! Generally however horchata is made with non-dairy milk. So is it indeed dairy milk based for TI?Name : (1637) Sweet Horchata

1x a pail of fresh, unskimmed milk.
Produced:
1x a kettle of sweet horchata.
Other required components:
1x a copper kettle.
1x of any heat_source.
Or would nuts and/or rice be a good sub for dairy milk here? (It would give rice another use which would be nice.
)
