Reduce the login scroll

Currently, there's 20-something lines added to the top of the login scroll, before one even gets to UPDATES which, by the end of the month, can add anywhere from 20-30 more lines of login scroll. On a smaller screen, I imagine it's really easy to miss the voting links at the top. Even for me, on a large screen, these links often fly by. Not surprisingly, we get occasional questions on visnet asking for the links, whether we have Discord, etc. I wouldn't be surprised if folks were unaware of our Facebook, too.

I recommend compressing the links into something less likely to scroll off people's screens:
