On Guildlist Jail and the Jail Channel

Could the Physicians and Troubadours get access to these? It makes sense given their access toprisoners now.

If physicians have access to prisoners, I am unaware of this access. Pretty sure physicians have to ask permission and/or be escorted in.

That would be nice. I can access the cells anytime as an oppified bard, and I want to know if someone is physically in there to ICly report it to people, or wait for them to log in, etc.
