Hangover

Really, it's simple. Some time after a coded drunkedness ends, start a timer for Hangover. It lowers your charisma by 5 while it lasts. Of course, Drunkard's Cure (which is only for RP and flavor presently) cures it.
Also consider adding alcohol tolerance, like the one that exists on drugs.

Perhaps this is awkward to say, but there are some people that are MUCH more charming when drunk...

I championed this before. Also amusing the suggestion if a certain level of drunk (you or them) gives a Charisma bonus
