The blackmarket strike cost is very, very cheap. With the removal of purchase wealth from outside chargen, money is much scarcer. Right now a 2,000 silver blackmarket job costs only seven influence points to strike out. That's even cheaper, purchasing all the IP with silver, than the cost of the bounty itself.
Could the necessary IP values be adjusted, perhaps? Or the modifier for silver be /250 instead of /1000, for instance?

Request placed on the bug board to change to 5+ 1 IP per every 200 silver the poster spent. Let us know if this is insane over time and we can adjust again.

I chose this amount because it means the striker will pay a similar amount to the poster if they use "improve IP" to secure the necessary IP.
