Fermented Milk Beverages

Could we have recipes of these for our Charalin folks?
Fermented milk beverages are common among steppe peoples. Kumis is the Turkic name for it that most of us would be familiar with. Tarasun is the Buryat name for distilled kumis (which they call airag), which has religious significance to the Buryats. Ahri is another name.
I think it would be a nice touch for Charalin culture to add both of these. I figured the Charalins probably don't have stills (frankly Lithmorrans shouldn't either) but they could use freeze distillation to make it.
