Cloaking and Indecency and being nekkid

If you're flagged indecent because of lack of leg covering (not head) but you cover your EQ with a cloak using the cloak command, the flag should vanish. Should work with hooded cloaks for missing hair coverings too, but I dunno if that's already covered since I don't have a hooded cloak to test with.

Also I don't think jewelry of any sort, especially piercings, should turn stark naked into indecent. If you're naked except for piercings, or wearing the heart of the ocean so a sailor can draw you like one of his vavardi girls, then you should still be naked, not indecent.

I do not really have any input on this, I just wanted to say, the Vavardi woman line made me literally laugh out loud. I drew some curious looks from my coworkers.
