I'm thinking we have two systems that partly do the same thing, but only one system that the staff look at.
What if remember information was stored in desc notes, and editing it just updated the desc notes files?
In general, I think desc notes needs an overhaul. Thoughts?
Merge Remember Info & Desc Notes
Desc notes as a whole are a real pain to reference, I would hate if remember notes were merged into the current system. That being said, if we overhauled it to be more user friendly (maybe adding a search function and 'subject' for each desc note entry for ease of navigation) then that would be fine with me.
