Consign and Envelopes

I'd like to propose that the "Consign" command be updated to allow envelopes to be consigned as well as mail/papers.

I feel like this likely won't be something approved, as unlike individual papers and letters, envelopes have the potential to have items within, which oh noes, somebody typed consign envelope and forgot they had important stuff in them. There's also the thematic bit about how envelopes can hold more than just paper, so consigning wouldn't make sense in that route, and junking would be the better option.

I get where you are coming from, just don't think it's feasible.
