NPC Teachers
YES!!!!
I am only so adamant about this because believe it or not, there are not alot of combatents in game, from what I have seen. And those that are, or normally to busy doing other things to take the time out of there schedule to teach anything else to anyone.
Ideas?
1. NPC's to help the train by learn by use system basically. Have them react like any other NPC that you attack in the game, maybe leave them weaponless or something so you dont die. Have different levels, because fighting a guard is not like fighting a wolf or rat.
2. Have multiple stages or "strengths" of NPCs. This will help offset that not gaining anything from the NPC itself, or figure out a way where all NPCs can be used with the Learn by Use system.
3. This might have been discussed, but if you dont feel like making more mobs to offset the stages, raise the pooling speed or how much you gain a tad, and make it so you gain off any NPC you fight. Right now, im gaining at such a slow rate on skills that are 25-28, and im doing it in a slight RP fashion with NPCs, trying to RP out the scene where i request a spar or somthing. But it pools so slow. Now I can understand a slower pooling rate around the ranks of Master/Grand Master....that will be obvious
4. I think all guilds....EVEN guilds like Brotherhood, Masque, Manus etc....should have some sort of training NPCs, not just Knights and Reeves. The only one in question would really be the Order, but they should be able to use the Keep or something if they wanted.
Just a few ideas. Just hard really having anything to show for a guy who trains alot, RP wise, and really doesnt have alot to show for it. Lemme know what ya think.

One possibility I see with this is the placing of all these mobs under the University. Have the university full of training mobs for public skills, and then training mobs for specific guilds in each guildhall. All proceeds go to the University. This gives them a bit of income and a little more influence in game.
