Cnote List -- Last Updated

When we update a cnote, could it be bumped to the top of our cnote list?

The notes don't have permanent numbers to reference anyway, so it might be helpful (both for players and staff) to bump updated notes so that the most recently updated -- and potentially most relevant notes -- are always on top of the list.

In addition (or alternatively), a 'last updated' column might help those of us with 200+ cnotes keep track of our shit. ^_^

I would also add that they have a static identifier as we are starting to reference cnotes in other systems.
