Shun!

So i was thinking about some of the issues that have come up of late with a lack of meaningful punishments outside of well the murder death kill sorts. Influence subvert is a minor thing and doesn't effect people really and won't until we have a more robust IP system. My mind was drawn to the merchants and their blacklist command.
It got me thinking. the Court is a social guild by and large. There are other aspects to it, but that is largely its purpose. And according to the declarations, the nobility are to serve as examples and stewards of the people. So I was thinking, what if there was a command similar to blacklist that was called shun. Maybe a shunned individual couldn't access rumors and would have to rely on people telling them rumors things like that. That is just one idea for what it could do, this is more to get a conversation going about it. It just seems to me the... ic sort of thing that would be appropriate to the Court and would provide an alternative means for dealing with conflicts and would function similarly to blacklisting in terms of it's intent/role as a command.
