So a simple spell, maybe for air...?

Basically, you invoke the spell and you can see what's going on in a far-away room. Perhaps you'd have to tag the room somehow first (conceal an object there) and at higher levels you get access to another spell without that restriction? Either way it'd be a simple low-level spell with some decent utility.

Or maybe this is already in. I'm a bit out of the loop on such things these days.
