I'd like to be able to send tells when whoinvised, and be replied to, but not receive tells. I don't see a reason to punish coverts/villains by denying them OOC communication.

I think you're supposed to be able to send tells while you're whoinvis and people you send to should be able to lockreply onto you to keep the conversation going.

Help whoinvis, which has been updated as recently as last month states: Note that if you have this toggled on, you cannot receive tells although you can send them.

So I think this is a bug!

It used to work the way Inertia suggested, but we had a problem with it, so just locked tells off when whoinvis.
