Lore leaders currently displays who has the most 'Current IP'. I think that the command should change to display who gets (or got at the last tickover) the most IP per week, flat. As it is, it would be readily apparent, who it was, is someone used their IP to do an anonymous approve/disapprove on a guildleader, for those that watch lore leaders (like myself.)

It does also display weekly gain if you have enough city lore skill - more city lore skill, more fields displayed! I like having both, though admittedly now that it resets having current IP is less relevant...
