In relation to the creation of roles, the existing guild creation can
probably remain the same. We can continue to use gedit and simply ignore
the ranks and subranks listed there. All of the other items we need are
already there, including defining guild channels. We do, however, need
some guilds to be defined by the systems for roles to play off.

Does this mean people are going to be able to set up and create their own Guilds?

That would be neat. Spec is pretty vague, it brings up more questions than it answers, lol
