I really do not like this 5 minute timer changer for emotes. If you're in a large scene, trying to include everyone that greets/says something to your pc is hard to do within that timer. The pace has always been much slower than other places I've played in the past, as far as posing, and while some do seem to take more than what is really needed, this really makes me have to rush, or feel rushed to complete my pose.

For the love of all that is holy, please do away with this.

One thing I did notice is it also penalizes fast emoters if they were waiting for someone to pose who drops out. And others might be encouraged wait for others to break the silence first so their own emote doesn't count for nothing.

I noticed this, too. That people seem to wait until someone takes the penalty, that way they don't, and it sometimes slows things down even more than before.
