Skills where LBU is not working

Just a post with a list of skills not pooling to the first rank through LBU, even for guild members:

Languages have been changed so that you do not pool from 0 to 1 - you will need a teacher to learn a new language, though you can pool fine once you've gotten a rank in it. In part, this is a nod to how quickly languages pool, especially to prevent people having to fire-fight it from just sitting in the inn, but also for the sake of keeping eld and tcant aligned. You will need a teacher for these skills in-game.

Peek. Just did it 10 times without effect.

Unless you need to be in RP for it to work, like steal/treat. But unlike steal, peek is not threaded, and everyone WILL notice when you're getting your skills up from 0. A lot. It'll spam the RP, and not to mention that it usually comes with IC consequences.

I had a similar problem with peek, but I suspect that since I have 0 skill in it, it is defaulting to a generic look. No messages about peeking are being sent to the others in the room, even after a spam of 10 successive peeks.
