City Report Metrics

Hi all,

I wanted to open up a thread for discussion and suggestions around the city report metrics, influencing them and the whole system.

First thing is that I think there needs to be a way for someone to see a) if they've already registered a 'vote' b) Tell them what that vote was for.

This will become more important as we move between different 'Report Periods'. Perhaps a countdown until the next report update comes through would be useful as well.

I think the text needs to change to remove the term 'vote' from the 'city support <metric>' command as follows:

city support lawfulness TEXT.
Margaux has cast a vote in support to Lawfulness.

I'll have more thoughts as they come up.

Also, some warning beforehand if a vote is going to cost IP would be handy. (But that should tie in with and be obvious for a voter being able to see if they've voted and what for as suggested above.)
