I assumed you were kidding on the dunce cap thing, Kin. :P If you weren't though, I really don't think it's a good idea! Fastest way to lose players is through public ridicule, IMO. :( That being said, I do think keeping records of such things would be good, maybe with a 3-strikes policy? Get caught twinking 3 times and there will be consequences (deducted QP, deducted xp, removal of GL position, etc?).

I like the security suggestion.

Pretty much agree with Lei's comments on it. Keep it to punishments, not to something that is going to ostracise the player and have them mocked. I wouldn't want to play at all if that happened to me (although maybe if I was getting my twink on, that would be a good thing).
