How much XP should titles cost? They are:

Heir - Barony
Heir - March
Heir - County
Heir - Duchy (not purchasable)
Heir - Monarch (not purchasable)
Title - Barony
Title - March
Title - County
Title - Duchy (not purchasable)
Title - Monarch (not purchasable)

Which titles should be purchasable in chargen? Heirs only?
Should QP be used to buy them?

I'd vote heirs only so you can control the intake of nobles better. Though I like people being ennobled for their RP as a path too...

For XP cost, I dunno... maybe 20K for Baron, 25K for Marquis and 30K for Count?
