Language Substitution

Would it be cool/interesting if eaxh language subtly.replaced certain words when your skill is low? Like a Charali using "sibling" instead of brother/sister when speaking Lithmorran until their language skills are high enough? I could aee replacing "Hello" with group specific greetings also.
It might seem more glamourous in theory than practice, but here's an example log from another game who did a "talk like a pirate" substitution.
Talk like a pirate day

I don't really like it, because the words you are substituting aren't the words that'd be messed up. Basic greetings and words you'd use all the time (say, talking about your family or a greeting you'd use billions of time in a day), would be pretty well memorized out of frequent use. It's the less used words (possibly aunt/uncle or cousin as opposed to brother/sister) that would be substituted. At least, that's how it's worked for me with language learning and living in non-English countries.
I think overall, most players that RP having deficient linguistic skills do a pretty good job of it.
Also, there's been enough protest on the boards (I think it was previous threads on here anyway) about people talking with accents where they change up the words, as opposed to saying in their emote and they've got an accent, that I think if you start parsing around how people talk like that, that you're going to get a crowd that doesn't like it. You'll also get a crowd that ignores it, like people ignore language ability via code, by either repeating words in OSAY, repeating/reposting poses until it goes through right, or breaking up big words into little bits so it goes through.
