Languages and STs
Currently I need to ask players, during my STs, to refrain from talking in a language that Norrig doesn't understand -- or have them send me a translation in a tell. This is slightly burdensome and meta, so I'd like to ask that ST storytellers gain an effect to be able to comprehend all languages while the story lasts.
