so i have a tiny screen and have become very invested in being able to stack things with matching longdescs for storing stuff! so i made this thread for us to be able to show off to each other all of the cool things that we do to get our phomes just how we like them / if you have any cool creative things you do to push our tooling system to its limits!
this is my front yard/gathering space (the cabin is secondary to this!) with its autumn desc/colour codes:

(all ready to go for the event tomorrow)
i've seen some gardens tooled together so that the whole thing only occupies a few lines - this is a good balance between economy of space and 'pretty' for me =)
the woodshed contains wood (clearly) and the 'trapdoor' can be looked at to reveal it's for storing food:

i used to hide it manually before the desc got overwhelmingly crowded.
inside, azi's bed has storage, and her kitchen (only two containers so far) is stacked together:

she's got a domestic garden on a ledge outside her cabin (the cabin is an up exit from the hanging valley, she certainly takes advantage of the mountain). i noticed i was spending an awful lot of time looking up scandinavian recipes and northern european herbs to try to figure out what sort of things she'd grow because i am that nitpicky about what she cooks (and so i don't keep habitually using cinnamon when it's supposed to be super expensive). eventually i retooled her common herb plant and gave it an ed desc that acts as a cheat sheet so i can remember what she'd use and what she'd use them in (based on the aroma!)

if you want it spoiled how the valley looks in winter and spring/summer:
